Criteria to return an item:
The original purchase receipt must be present. 
The original price tag must be attached.
The merchandise must be in a sealable condition. 
Refunds will only be made in the same tender as the purchase tender.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit: lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear, earing’s.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns need to be returned in the original packaging, proof of purchase – delivered invoice or electronic receipt provided by fbo online.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
1 Return collection per order only, thereafter the return collection will be charged to the customer, or the customer can do a drop and collect at any fbo outlet in Gauteng. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or visit one of our fbo outlets and pop over to our online customer care counter for info on all exchanges.

You can change the size or colour of your items. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase in-store only

Refunds (if applicable)
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

If you have not received a refund B in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

In-Store refund
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

A refund can be a fbo outlet or fbo online gift voucher which can be spent within 30 days at any fbo outlet in Gauteng.

Standard Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 10 days after delivery / collection of the product.

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse fbo online for the cost of having the product returned to you.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse fbo online for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Please provide suitable packaging for returning the product, as well as all accessories that were sold with the defective item when you return it to us – regardless of whether you request a repair / replacement or a refund. Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

It is also important to note that it will be in  fbo online’s discretion to repair or replace the item, or to refund you. Fbo online is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair / replacement for any return logged after 10 days.
