Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please review our returns, exchanges, and defective product terms.
Returns (Full Price Items Only)
- Returns accepted within 10 days of purchase or delivery
- Original receipt required
- Tags must be attached
- Item must be in saleable condition
No refunds on:
- Sale items
- Underwear and jewellery
- Swimwear without hygiene seal
Refunds are processed via EFT by Head Office.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Original receipt required
- Sale items may be exchanged, not refunded
- Gift vouchers may be issued if no replacement is available
- Gift vouchers can only be used from the store it was created from
- Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
Defective Products
Defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery or collection.
FBO reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund, subject to applicable law.
Parallel Import Notice
In terms of Section 25(2) of the Consumer Protection Act:
- Some goods sold by FBO are parallel imports.
- All goods are authentic and original.
- Manufacturer warranties may not be honoured by the official South African distributor.
