TERMS & CONDITION:
RETURNS:
- Returns can be processed at any fbo outlet:
- Please insist on a purchase receipt when you make payment to facilitate any future returns.
- fbo will refund non-sale items including shoes and handbags within 10 days of the purchase date.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented.
- The original price tag must be attached.
- The merchandise must be in a saleable condition.
- No refund(s) will be done on sale items.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and jewellery may not be refunded or exchanged.
- Swimwear may not be refunded unless the hygiene protector is still on the item.
- Refunds will only be made via EFT by fbo head office.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- If you would prefer fbo online to arrange collection for a return, please note that the collection fee is for the customer account (Estimated : R99-R129). Payment can be made via EFT,

EXCHANGES:
- exchanges of item(s) will be done within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented.
- Exchanges will be done on sale items.
- A gift voucher may be offered should you not find a suitable replacement.
- A gift voucher may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- For hygiene reasons underwear and jewellery may not be refunded or exchanged.
- Swimwear may not be exchanged unless the hygiene protector is still on the merchandise.
- An exchange or refund can be made at any fbo outlet.
- If you would prefer fbo online to arrange collection for an exchange, please note that the collection fee is for the customer account (Estimated : R99-R129).
- If a mistake with your order was made by fbo online, we will cover the cost of the collection; if not, the customer will be responsible.
Standard Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us within 10 days after delivery / collection of the product.
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.
If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you may be liable to reimburse fbo online for the courier cost.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse fbo online for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Please provide suitable packaging for returning the product, as well as all accessories that were sold with the defective item when you return it to us – regardless of whether you request a repair / replacement or a refund. Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
It's also important to note that it will be in fbo online’s discretion to repair or replace the item, or to refund you.

- Swimwear may not be refunded unless the hygiene protector is still on the merchandise.
- Refunds will only be made via EFT by fbo head-office.
- An exchange or refund can be made at any fbo outlet.
EXCHANGES:
- fbo will do an exchange of merchandise within a period of 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The original purchase receipt must be presented.
- No refund(s) will be done on sale merchandise; however, exchanges will be carried out.

- A gift voucher may not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
