FBO is all about the international fashion brands we sell. We know that our customers love our brands, so we have made shopping for them as simple as possible. Our alphabetically ordered brands page will give you direct access to your favourite brands.

Simply select the brand that you are looking for and you will be presented with all the items of clothing we have in stock for that particular brand. Remember! because we are an outlet and not a regular retailer we don't always have many units of the same kind of item. Our stock comes in seasonally when it’s available from Europe.

FBO's new online store features an extensive range of fashion items in all categories: from tops and trousers to formal dresses, swimming costumes, and designer jeans. We use clear and crisp photographs of all items so that you can see exactly what you are buying and to ensure there will be no surprises when you get your fbo delivery.

If you are worried about the fact that you can't try the item before buying it online, fbo offers a very easy to use returns policy. If you find that your item doesn't fit or is not suitable, simply follow the steps outlined in our returns policy for a hassle-free exchange at one of our brand outlets or return as required.

How to shop online with FBO

Buying on our site is simple. Once you have selected the item that you want to buy, all you need to do is click on the product and you will be taken to the products check out page.

On this page, you will be presented with a few options for the next step in your online shopping journey. Here you will be able to add your item of clothing to your basket so you can continue to shop or you can select to "buy it now" and check out.

Before you can proceed to pay, first-time buyers will need to enter their delivery and contact details. These can be remembered by the website so that repeat shoppers don't have to enter this information every time they shop with us. Once you have filled in all your details we can then move you over to the collections or delivery options page.

Select if you would like to "click and collect" from your nearest FBO outlet or select to have the goods delivered to your door. We do charge a small fee for orders under R1000. Orders over R1k come with a free delivery.

Once you have selected your option you will then be taken to the final checkout page to process your payment. We have two payment options for our clients currently.

They may either choose to do a direct PayFast transaction or they can choose our PayFlex option which allows our clients to put down a 25% online deposit and then pay off the balance over six weeks with three more payments of 25% each. It's also interest-free and just another way we are making shopping a more affordable experience. Both options are 100% safe.

We can deliver our brands throughout South Africa so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your package to arrive! It's as simple as that and usually takes only a few days to receive your good.
