When selecting new locations for our brand outlets, we considered many factors. Each new store location was chosen carefully so that our customers could continue to shop in a spacious setting that is conveniently located to all major transport routes.

We have made sure that our new brand outlets offer plenty of parking, are easy to find and offer you the enhanced shopping experience you have grown to love from fbo.

The new fbo brand outlets have continued to be staffed by the same team of friendly and knowledgeable employees who are always there to offer you assistance in store and give you great advice on the latest styles and trends.

New Fbo Brand Outlet Locations

Gauteng is hands-down the most populous province in South Africa and is where everything seems to happen.

All our outlets continue to remain Covid-19 safe during the pandemic and we take hygiene very seriously so that the health and wellbeing of our customers is safeguarded.

Fbo Kempton Park

Our popular Kempton Park outlet is conveniently located in the East Rand, which is a stone’s throw away from OR Tambo International Airport and the Gautrain bus and train station.

You can find fbo’s Kempton Park outlet on 77 Pretoria Road in the centre of town. Visit this outlet by using public transport, taxi or come in your own vehicle as we have plenty of parking!

This outlet is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm, and on Sundays and public holidays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Fbo Springs CBD

Springs is a leafy suburb on the far East Rand of Gauteng and on the edges of the greater Johannesburg area.

Our Springs outlet is situated at 29 5th Avenue and is easily accessible via public transport or on foot. We have a safe and secure parking lot as well.

The Springs outlet is open on Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. Saturdays from 9am – 3 pm and Sundays and public holidays, the opening hours are from 10 am to 2 pm.

Many fbo customers live in the Pretoria area and we wanted to ensure that these valued customers would be well-served by a convenient outlet.

Fbo’s new outlet in the Atterbury Value Mart is our most popular one yet! The Atterbury Value Mart has a wide range of shopping options, so make sure you pop in and check out our outlet in this centre when you are next there.

This shopping complex is very close to all major transport routes, close to the highway and other major roads, and has plenty of safe parking.

Its hours of operation are Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 6 pm. Saturdays 9am to 5 pm and then on Sundays and public holidays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Fbo Mall @ Reds

The Mall @ Reds is one of the most sought-after shopping malls in the Centurion area and it is easy to see why. It offers shoppers a modern, varied and safe place to get everything they need.

Plus, it is situated in a very central area and can be easily reached by taxi, public transport or car.

Fbo’s Mall @ Reds outlet is shop 30B in the mall and is on the corner of Rooihuiskraal and Hendrik Verwoerd Roads in Wierda Park.

If you find that the fbo outlet you normally shop at, has closed, don’t panic! It has simply relocated to a bigger and better location! We can guarantee that you will love your new local fbo outlet even more than the previous one.

What To Do With Your Lay-By Account At A Previous Outlet

Here at fbo, we are passionate about great fashion and we want the latest styles, trends and brands to be available to ALL our customers. It is for this reason that we have a very convenient lay-by facility that allows you to put down a 20% deposit and then pay off the item via regular EFT transfers or cash/card payments in one of our outlets.

If you currently have a lay-by at one of the fbo outlets that have recently relocated, don’t worry! You should have received an email or an SMS from us with details about where your lay-by item is now located and where to make in-store payments (if applicable).

If you have not received notification from fbo about the status of your lay-by (or lost the SMS or email), simply visit any one of our outlets and give them your lay-by reference number. The staff member will then be able to inform you of the location of your item and how much is still owed on the item.

Alternatively, you could simply send us an email estelle@fbo.co.za or give us a call at one of our outlets and we will happily sort out your lay-by details for you.

Bear in mind that even though some of our outlets have relocated, if you have a lay-by, you still need to continue making payments to ensure that the item can be handed over to you when paid in full.

Our banking details remain the same and if you have been paying off your lay-by item via EFT, you can continue to do it in the same way.

Need to cancel your lay-by? You can do so at any time and any funds you have already paid over will be refunded to you. There is, however, a 10% cancellation fee that will be deducted.

Interested in a lay-by? Come and browse our in-store collections, choose what you want and we will arrange the lay-by for you. Simply bring your ID card or book with you and enough money to cover a 20% deposit. Sadly, we only offer the lay-by facility for in-store purchases and it is not available for our online store yet.

If you need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased in our online store, simply send it back to us and we will issue you with a refund.

Want to shop online but not keen on incurring a small delivery fee if your order is going be less that R 1000 in value? Why not use our popular Click and Collect facility?

All you need to do is shop as normal in our online store, check out and then select the “click and collect” option. You will be given the choice of which store you prefer to collect your order from.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be sent an SMS or an email and you can simply collect your order in store at no extra cost!

Our Click and Collect facility is available for all orders with a value of R 45 and over.
